Hit The Road Carlos

I had to write this after yesterday's fracas in Munich.  Carlos Tevez refusing to come on the pitch when City were down 2-0 is just down right awful.  This man is paid a great sum of money to play a game.  There are people in this world struggling to make ends meet and he refuses to kick around a ball for 30 minutes?

This situation has been brewing for sometime.  Carlos thinks he plays like Maradona, looks like Ronaldo and acts like he doesn't even care that  fans came from all over to watch the Club in its first Champions Legaue match away against Bayern Munich.  His excuse this morning was that he did not refuse, and that he was the highest scoring player last season, so that makes it all OK.   He even had a bit of golf today.   He has repeatedly sought to get away from the club that welcomed him with riches and fame just to snub everyone on the international stage.  He is a child.  I have a four year old who throws less tantrums then him.

Carlos and his agent may think they know what they are doing, maybe they think they can force the club to do their bidding.  The reality is, many more people made City what is today, including the fans.  Carlos you cannot have Manchester City, you cannot take it down.  This club has is more then you.

I say it is time to either let him rot somewhere on the bench where his skills diminish or get rid of him.  I say the first place is sell him to a club in Afghanistan and see if they put up with his antics.
